Il primo Pasolini e la sua narrativa

di Vitti, Antonio

This book is written in Italian. This fascinating study of the narrative works of the Italian writer and film director Piero Paolo Pasolini (1922-1975) guides the reader through his complex life and novels. Antonio Vitti has struck a balance between Pasolini's life as a writer and the difficult years of the so-called Neorealismo of postwar Italy. Revealing the inherent dialectics of Pasolini's ideas and aspirations, Il primo Pasolini offers a new outlook on these novels and his linguistic search.
